Preparation & Briefing
This stage of a project allows us to familiarise ourselves with the space and gain a better understanding of what is important to you in your home and the way you live. This insight forms a strong basis for the concept design and plays a key role in ensuring we deliver an outstanding design that exceeds all your expectations.
Concept Design Stage
The concept design stage is the initial phase of the interior design process where the designer will work with the client to determine the overall design direction and vision for the space. During this stage, the designer will gather information about the client's needs, preferences, and desired style to create a concept that will guide the rest of the design process. This includes developing a color scheme, selecting materials and finishes, creating floor plans, and sourcing inspiration images to help visualize the design. The designer will present the concept design to the client for feedback and revisions before moving on to the next stage of the design process.
Technical Design Stage:
The signing off of the Concept Design stage opens a period of liaison with the relevant consultants carrying out the works, mechanical and electrical specialists, lighting consultants and audio-visual specialists to ensure all required detailed information is provided to Pasha & Pasha Interior Design to carry out the said works. During this stage all concept designs are developed into design intent drawings, alongside preparation of the relevant specifications.
Procurement , Purchasing and Deliveries at site
Procurement is the process of gathering the materials you need for your products and services through suppliers. Procurement departments place orders with suppliers, receive goods, and pay for them. Procurement is an end-to-end process that covers activities like planning, negotiating pricing, purchase requisitions, purchase orders, and inventory control.
Site Coordination
The team will oversee the implementation of the design plan on-site. This involves working closely with contractors, builders, and other tradespeople to ensure that the project is executed according to the design specifications. The designer will visit the site regularly to monitor progress, answer questions, and resolve any issues that arise. During this stage, the team will also make sure that all materials and finishes are ordered and delivered on time, and that all work is completed to a high standard. Creating a stunning space is a team effort, and we work tirelessly to ensure clear communication from ideation to final delivery.
Time for Design and Site Coordination will be charged at the standard hourly rate. If preferred, we can provide a fixed fee once understanding the scope of the works following approval of the design concept.
FF&E & Home Styling
The team will then focus on home styling, which involves arranging and accessorizing the space to create a cohesive and inviting look. This stage is critical to creating a finished product that is both beautiful and functional, and that reflects the client's personal style and preferences.
